I'm Lovin It Friday - Cheesecake Strawberries!

It's Friday! The sun is FINALLY shining! And this is what I'm Lovin' this Friday! Cheesecake strawberries! No, not strawberry cheesecake, but I do like that too! These are cheesecake strawberries!! I saw the idea this morning on Pinterest (oh, you know how much I love my Pinterest!). I'm off to a gathering of my girlies tonight and thought they'd be the PERFECT thing to take for dessert! Ready? Come take a look...
Now this is the dumbed down, easy peasy version that you can do last minute. If you want to make it all difficult, have at it, but I'm stickin' with this! Fresh strawberries (thank you Costco for a little taste of summer!) and a box, yes, I said it, BOX of no-bake cheesecake.

Clean and hull the strawberries. Make sure you take out a lot of the innards.

Mix up the cheesecake filling, as per directed on the box. Yes, I said it again, BOX!

Pour the innards in a gallon size Ziplock bag.

Snip a little hole at the end of the bag. You see where this is going, don't you!?

Fill them babies up with the cheesecake goo!!

Overfill the berries a bit, then lightly tap the top in the graham cracker crust, making sure to cover all the cheesecake goodness with graham cracker dust!

THAT'S IT! A little bit sized cheesecake! Are you kidding me?! NO! GENIUS!! Perfect and easy for any party or occasion! Why not wow your guests on Easter with this great dessert!

Now, I KNOW Miss Cheryl, over at Tidy Mom, is going to LOVE this idea! So make sure you go over and see me HIGHLIGHTED! ; )

So this is what I sampled? It was pretty good, but next time I'll try a fresh one. This would be a good side dish for a fancy English tea!
